Service Description

The Organisation Assistance Programs help organisational members and their family members solve personal and organisational-related problems before they become serious and costly crises. It is aimed at cost effective, short-term problem resolution. At Noelani Counselling Services we are passionate about working with organisations in the resources sector where the issues relating to mental health are quite prominent and pervasive. We believe that there needs to be a systemic approach to the FIFO industry in particular, one that focuses not only on the workers but also their families and other support systems. We also work with international students who may be struggling with acclimatising into the Australian culture.
